By downloading, installing, or using Lumini, you agree to these terms. Lumini is designed to help you work faster on your computer through voice commands, screen understanding, and task automation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumini. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Lumini for lawful purposes only. You will not use Lumini to violate any laws, infringe on rights, or harm others. Lumini may take actions on your computer (clicking, typing, opening apps) only when you explicitly ask it to.
Your content
You own everything you create with Lumini. We do not claim rights to your files, notes, reminders, or any content you generate. Screenshots sent for AI processing are used only to answer your question and are not stored afterward.
Subscriptions and billing
Free users get a trial period and limited approved actions. Paid plans (Lumini, MaxMode, Max) are billed monthly via the desktop app. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
No warranty
Lumini is provided as-is. We do our best to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always work perfectly or be available at all times. AI responses may occasionally be incorrect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumini and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
