Organize your Mac workflow — by voice, without losing focus

Scattered files, messy projects, forgotten deadlines? Lumini helps you organize by voice while you keep working.

Good organization is the difference between shipping on time and spending hours finding files. But organizing is the first thing that slips when you're deep in work. You create files with names like 'final_v3_real_final.psd.' Your Downloads folder has 800 items. Your project has 12 untitled documents. You forgot to set a reminder for the client review.

" + "Lumini helps you stay organized without breaking your workflow. Say 'Lumini, create a folder called Client Assets and move these exports into it.' Or 'Lumini, remind me to send this to the team at 2pm.' Or 'Lumini, add the client meeting to my calendar for Thursday at 10am.' All by voice. All while you keep your hands on the keyboard and your eyes on your work.

File and project organization

Lumini can interact with your workspace — a folder you designate for Lumini to manage. Within that workspace, Lumini can list files, read file contents, write new files, rename files, and organize directories. Say 'Lumini, list all the images in my assets folder' and you'll hear the file names. Say 'Lumini, create a backup folder and copy these config files into it' and it's done.

" + "This is particularly useful for projects that generate lots of files: video exports, code builds, design iterations, or research documents. Instead of manually sorting files, you describe what you want and Lumini does it.

Reminders, calendar, and notes

The organizational tools you actually use every day — Apple Notes, Reminders, and Calendar — are all accessible through Lumini. Say 'Lumini, create a note with the action items from this meeting' while looking at your meeting notes. Say 'Lumini, remind me to review the build tomorrow at 9am.' Say 'Lumini, add Design Review to my calendar for Friday at 3pm.'

" + "These all happen in the background without leaving your current app. Lumini doesn't force you into another application — it just does the thing and tells you it's done.

Real examples

  • **Finder** — Say 'Lumini, show me all the PDFs in my Documents folder' to quickly audit what you have.
  • **VS Code** — Say 'Lumini, create a .env.example file with these variables' while looking at your current .env.
  • **Any app** — Say 'Lumini, remind me to follow up on this in an hour' without opening Reminders.
  • **Notion** — Say 'Lumini, add Sprint Planning to my calendar for Monday at 10am' while looking at your sprint board.
